Core Strength Begins
Focus: Core-Strengthening, Yoga conditioning, Hamstrings, Hips, Hip-opening, Groin
In this class, we start to build the fundamental core strength required to help our yoga practice progress. Our focus is to learn how to recruit our core strength so you can control and support the body. You will learn to engage these muscles so you can succeed in whatever you like to do (run, play tennis, gardening) without strain or injury. The class will start with specific core strengthening exercises and then progress to some satisfying yoga pose variations that super-charge the practice. We finish off the class with some relaxed postures to help lengthen the body and prepare us for Savasana (Corpse Pose). Have an excellent class!
